Steven Sabel is a Partner at Astuno Sabel, splitting his time between both the San Diego and Las Vegas offices. Steven’s primary practices revolve around the firms numerous Civil Litigation practice areas. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract claims, employment disputes, real estate litigation, and business torts. Steven also represents clients in emergency relief matters, including temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunction matters.
Prior to joining Astuno Law, Steven served as a law clerk for the Honorable Debra Brown in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi and the Honorable Marianne Battani in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Steven also worked as a litigator in the California office of a major national law firm.
Steven received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles. In law school, Steven served as the Managing Editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Steven also founded UCLA’s chapter of the Federal Bar Association, for which he was awarded UCLA’s Certificate of Achievement due to the organization’s “Most Outstanding Contributions to UCLA Law.”
During law school Steven summered in the Honors Program of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and worked in-house for a major Bay Area tech company.
